Conditioning

Our conditioning classes are designed to enhance technique across all areas of dance by building strength, flexibility, and stamina. Using equipment like stretch bands, yoga blocks, and yoga balls, students engage in circuits, team games, and focused stretching exercises. These sessions not only improve physical fitness but also help dancers refine their skills, making them stronger and more resilient performers in every discipline.

PBT, or Progressing Ballet Technique, is a game-changing training method that's been making waves in the dance community in recent years. This technique zeroes in on core strengthening, balance, and stability, and has been embraced by dancers of all levels to refine their skills and elevate their technique. We are offering this class to students in Grade 4 Ballet upwards.
